Burgers on the PBC
« Reply #-1 on: October 26, 2014, 10:22:48 PM »
While the PBC is a awesome power smoker, it can hold its own as a grill as well.......check it out

Getting my buns nice and toasty  :o

Tossed some frozen patties on (hey..Old Smoke is still unpacking) ;)

Kept the lid on and flipped em in about 10 minutes

This will work

Got the fixins on..time to grub

There is nothing like burgers on a grill.  Love the flavor.  Yours look tasty.

Nothing like a good old charcoal burger. When ever I want to use the PBC more like a charcoal grill I will add 3 bricks to the bottom to raise the basket up and closer to the grill. I also been thinking about adding some L brackets further down like some of the knock off's have.
Isn't unpacking loads off fun.  ;D

I would rather visit a proctologist on a daily basis than move and unpack again  ???

That is a great idea about the bricks to raise the grate...gonna give that one a whirl real soon.
