Super! Ordered my hanger a couple hours ago - looking forward to at least one or two "practice turkeys" before Thanksgiving - heck I LOVE turkey and especially the leftovers anytime. I have to admit, I struggled a bit with the hooks - this looks perfect. Thanks, Noah and Amber!

Makes perfect sense. I had already cut one side out of a grate - but hinged is much better. I like how they keep moving forward.

Wouldn't it be better to hang the turkey legs down rather than breast? Considering that the legs are better cooked at higher serving temp.

I just ordered the turkey hanger holiday deal as well as the hinged grill grate.  I plan on doing a trial run before Thanksgiving.  Every year we have a Turkey cooked in the oven and it's always dry and I usually don't eat much of it.  I can't wait to cook a turky in the PBC and see if it turns out as juicy as the Chicken does.
