Personally, I never saw the need for wrapping on the PBC. With the super moist cooking environment, the ribs always came out great as is :)

Agree.  I've never wrapped my PBC ribs but I use it for "friends and family" ribs not competition.  If they are a little over or underdone, nobody cares as long as they taste great -- which they always do.  Even on my pellet cookers I don't wrap ribs unless I'm in competition and have to score a perfect bite.  Wrapping is a royal PITA so I don't do it unless I have to and I don't think the PBC demands it -- ribs stay moist there.
