Whole Chicken
« Reply #-1 on: August 15, 2016, 11:55:17 AM »
These were some great photos sent by a happy PBC customer!
Variation on beer can chicken. Hickory bark for smoke, beer for steam. PBC All Purpose Pit Rub generously sprinkled along with garlic powder and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Smoked Paprika and Rosemary leaves cut from the herb garden.

Thanks for the photos!

We are working on the spell check...but we have to teach it Colorado - Kentucky English....that is somewhere between Low Country South Carolina "geechie"...and Pennsylvania Dutch..... 8) ;D ;) :D

Just teasing kids....Louisiana is a whole 'nother country as far as language, customs and laws. And the family names....fuggetaboutit..... ;) ;D

Ha! Sorry about the misspelling. The recipe was sent to my phone and uploaded. Autocorrect!
