First batch of chicken is in the smoker....we have thighs, wings and legs going. Used Rendezvous dry rub  with a little extra poultry seasoning and onion powder.....hope they turn out tasty!  :)

Sounds like you did good.   Order a leg rack from CharBroil well worth the $$$

My first cook on my SRG was chicken--then turkeys.   Still my fav on it.   Hard to mess it up, IMHO.  Have done other things, but keep going back to poultry on it.   Hard to ruin much of anything on such a great cooker.
