BTW, there was no link to video, at least for me.

No link...video is imbedded so that you can just click on it without leaving LTBBQ ;)

RG - I have ridden and owned a few bikes. One of my favorites was a Yamaha Virago 920. Had the electronic gauges - which were "new technology" at the time ;D.....

Pellet Grills and Smokers / Beef Ribs on the Rectec

Made beef ribs today.
On the RecTec with just some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cooked for 2 hours, pulled and wrapped and put back in for about 45min. Here they are with the juice from the foil and some BBQ sauce ready to go back in.

Plated with some baked beans and macaroni salad.

The wife is in Los Angeles helping her mother, so I am a bachelor for Thanksgiving. Since we had our turkey day before she left, I was going to make lamb chops on this Thursday. I bought a package of frenched chops to make a crown roast.  But they looked so good, I made them this Saturday.
First I rubbed the rack with some olive oil, and a thyme, rosemary, garlic paste.

Here they are tied into a "crown" and into the RecTc. Looks bare since I was supposed to use two racks but since there was only me, I didn't want to cook that many.

All done and plated with some roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus. Very good meal, now I have to figure out something different for Thanksgiving.

I'll be on the Dark Horse tomorrow, headed to my daughter's for Thanksgiving.

BTW, there was no link to video, at least for me.
