That looks fantastic. 

I saw some liquid in the drip pan while you were cooking.  Was that from filling the water pan or something else "leaking"?

Most likely condensation.  It gets pretty humid in there!

It was both a spill when I first poured the water and then the condensation took over. The last time I used this setup it had even more condensation. I was setup that time in the hot sun and refilled the water pan a few times. This time I cooked in the shade and only refilled the pan once.
