Nicely done!!!! I'll be attempting the same cook on my MAK next week :)
MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

I am not a vegetarian, but I eat animals that are... :-)

Looks awesome! Did you wrap and rest after the cook?

I left it covered in the pan with the broth for about 2 hours then pulled.
