Labor Day Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: September 04, 2017, 10:25:27 PM »
The wife likes bbacks and I like beef ribs. So I made a half rack of each.

Ribs on the RecTec, almost done.

Plated with beans, mac & cheese, and fries.

I was pleasantly surprised as far as the amount of beef on the ribs. In the package they didn't look as thick. They came out great.

Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

I better have a bone off of each slab to see which one I like better....................

That Rec Tec can really produce a smoke ring!  I read somewhere that they redesigned their computer to produce more smoke in the lower temp ranges.
