Christmas breakfast fatties
« Reply #-1 on: December 22, 2017, 08:55:03 PM »
We are going to the Nashville area to spend Christmas with my daughter and her husband and my son is coming in from LA. So I thought I would make a couple of breakfast fatties.

Here are the players ( the smoked cheese was late and missed the photo op)

Made the weave

Sauteed some onions, chives, and tomatoes

Spread out the meat (equal parts ground beef and sausage). Added eggs, the onions, chives, tomatoes, and the smoked cheddar.

Sprinkled some spices inside and out and then into the RecTec.

All done.

I let them cool, wrapped and into the fridge until time to go.

Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

Oh man those look too good.
What time is breakfast, I'll be there!
