Yup! I toasted them in the oven before serving, and man were they ON POINT! Another way my local Sam's Club has found into my wallet...fresh baked bakery goods like that...

excellent cook brother in law!!!! you like that lighter fluid method now huh...hahaha  looks like you have your pbc dialed in the way you want it.  what cook is up next?

hopefully i can do the same stout beef when your parents get here this weekend,  time permitting.  btw, instead of opening your wallet to sam's you need to be spending that money on your niece!!!!

Well I have a second roast chilling in the fridge that I should probably cook sooner rather than later, but the fiancee wants me to do some pulled chicken. She doesn't like bones, so I'm stuck with the boneless/skinless varieties. So I'm thinking about running to Sam's and getting a pack of boneless/skinless breasts. I'll be dry-brining them with the all-purpose rub overnight and then hanging them (individually on the hooks) until they hit 165-170IT. Then I'll run them inside and pull them apart with the meat claws and probably have a few cups of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce in the crock-pot ready to bathe them in  :D .
