Whoa! I followed the directions on Wolfe Pit's Pepper Stout Beef web post, but had NO IDEA there was a video! Guess I'll be watching this at work now, hahaha. Thanks brother!

a full weekend of meat man id love to mess around with that. nice job!!!!!  also, thanks for the video on that pepper stout i checked it out and that guy is definitely not  shy about some black pepper!!!!

Thanks for that link. I would like to try this. I love horseradish, but that dollop he put on would clear your sinuses for sure.

Horseradish to me is like salt, you can NEVER have too much!
