I have been storing my PBC in my homemade BBQ cabinet, but it is a bit inconvenient moving it in and out. My wife suggested we purchase a planter dolly from Lowe's that we use with some of the planters on our patio. Found a 17 inch version that works quite well. I still place the barrel on the horseshoe stand when cooking since I am not sure if the plastic wheels will stand up to the heat. The plate itself is metal and seems quite sturdy.

Thought some of you might want to give it a try while they are still in stock. This one set me back about $24.

That's a cool idea! Mine just sits under our covered patio with the cover on it (usually) unless I forget to put the cover back on(which apparently I did a couple days ago). Of course, now since it's raining, I don't want to put the cover back on and trap all of that moisture in there...ugh  :'(
