Thursday Night PBC Wings
« Reply #-1 on: August 28, 2014, 07:55:08 PM »
A little PBC chicken wing action for dinner tonight.  My wife’s plate with some fresh sliced avocado.

Here are mine in the bowl, ready to be sauced with a butter and Texas Pete combination.

Sauced!!

BURP!!

Three left.  Ate too many cashews before dinner, I guess.  Who wants them?

Ok on may way for those leftover 3, and while I'm enroute could throw on a couple dozen more and yes I'm bringing the beer.  ;)

You're covered, and lucky.  I just talked to my son.  He almost beat you for dibs.  He loves his wings, too.

Pappy...He eats wings like my wife. Half the meat still on the bones. Great looking cook though.

The gods of barbeque are crying  :'(

You cooked up some perfectly gorgeous wings then put . . . (I may barf) . . . hot sauce of such a dubious nature on them when the store shelves are lined with dozens and dozens of worthy offerings well qualified as to pedigree.  Texas Pete was a cat house janitor who died with a bullet in his back and an ace up his sleeve.  The stuff is brewed and bottled in several eastern cities where the hottest thing in town is the Taco Bell.  Oh, the humanity :o

Don't worry, Art . . . .

Hub has the same kinds of comments when I talk about Scotch.  Apparently, he prefers something called "Bourbon."

Hub and I are good friends and fraternity brothers.  I's sure hate to get on his BAD side.  Actually, some one gave me the bottle of hot sauce, and it was all I had to use.  I let my hot sauce supply get way too low, apparently.  Sorry Hub.  Won't happen again.
