Whole chicken

I can't recall ever seeing someone do a whole chicken, so I did 8). I went ahead and hung it like I do a turkey, so breast side down. 2 hours later and I got this.
. Now to cover it and try and stop picking at it until my wife gets home

Looks like your way of hanging them gives enough support!
