Hanger Steak
« Reply #-1 on: May 19, 2016, 09:52:01 AM »
Found some nice hanger steaks at restaurant depot the other day so I decided to fire up the grill.  First time cooking these so went with salt, pepper and a little granulated garlic.  Wow was this delicious and easy to make.  We also like skirt steaks on the grill but I think this is better (and cheaper)

Yes on the grate.  Normally you split this cut of meat by the vein in the middle but I grilled it whole to try something different.  Was a little too rare in some parts so I will definitely do the split next time
