I don't know how the estimate of you guys feel but nothing goes with tasty bites off of the PBC like a good bourbon. My bourbon of choice at the moment is Angel's Envy. What are the rest of you pitmasters drinking?  8)

I like your choice of bourbon.  Ever since I tasted Angel's Envy last year at the BBQ on The River in Paducah, I have gotten hooked on it.  However, I usually save mine for a late evening night cap.  For general drinking purposes I like Buffalo Trace.

My everyday drinking bourbon is usually Elijah Craig. The Angel's is typically for an after dinner or nightcap thing.

Blantons is probably my favorite.  I also enjoy a good rye.

I'll second Blanton's.
Also, Rare Breed.

Lately, I've been into scotch. Well, primarily since I visited Scotland last year. :-)

if any of you really enjoy the smokey taste of Kingsford and the PBC, give Laphroaig (10 year) a try.

My parents are Scottish and have visited there as well. Did the tour of the Glenmorangie Scotch facility...I have to say, the free samples straight from the distillery are out of this world

First off the pie looks great!
Well, You'll almost always find George Dickle Black at my house. I've been drinking that for 37 years.
Jack Daniels will show up from time to time, and Jim Beam been seen hanging around...
Makers Mark 46 is real nice but more of a special occasion thing.  Rebel Yell Small Batch Reserve is a new favorite. I like the wheat finish...
I also like Jim Bean Rye.
Bacardi 8 Rum but it seems to be getting harder to find. Mount Gay Rum is good too.( I know )  ::)

Then there is the beer... I like beer too! Red Stripe is my go to.  But neverever  the cheap lite beers.
Then there is the Ale's...  So many Ale's , CHI MAY is my favorite but to pricey to drink every day.

Woodford is good. I also enjoy blanton when you can find it. I tend to stay away from the rye though. I was afforded the opportunity to have a couple of fingers of pappy van Winkle family reserve this past weekend. While the price is definitely out of my budget is can say with out a doubt it was one of the finest bourbons I've ever tasted.
