Some cornish hens

Did 5 cornish hens today.  Never cooked those before but they turned out great!  More flavorful than regular chicken.  Rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird. .....yum!

Alright, I can't take this anymore. We need to start our own community and all be neighbors! That way I don't have to look at pictures like these, I can see (an eat of course) the real deal :P

Looks great!
Did you know that these days a Cornish hen(which includes males as well as hens)is really for the most part just a very young chicken and is not a game bird at all. Mainly two or three breeds mixed with other breeds that are right at about one month old.
