I believe it is a Stok SIS9000 model for the Weber kettles. It is a porcelain coated cast iron grate that will fit the 22-1/2" kettles.

I think it is still available thru Amazon.

Yup, OD is correct.  STOK makes a pretty decent Weber Kettle alternative but the star of that show is that cast iron grate.
