Tom that looks delicious and the hole and hanging it is a great idea.
I'm going to sams tomorrow to buy a cowboy steak and would like to know if you have cooked this any other way and if so which way would you recommend.

Thanks for Watching! Every time I've done a cowboy steak I have reverse seared it. Use the grill of your choice indirect and get it up to whatever internal temp works for you, I did 135 for medium rare and then sear over something good and hot
