Doctor report after 7 months of Low carb diet

Just got back from the doctor blood pressure down 110/79  had been 125/82    She took me off all meds I was on including Gout meds.  A1C is 5.8 and she is very happy with the rest of the test.

Kimmie is now off ALL her meds, BP way down to avg of 125/80 where it had been 150+/ 85 or even higher.  No Cholestrol meds either and both of us down at least 45 lbs each

Believe me I dint think we will.   We were at a steak house Monday night and turned away the bread and spuds! Really didn't miss them, although the waiter had a funny look on his face when I ask for RAW broccoli  ;) ;) ;)   I can't stand it cooked

Great news, Tommy.  I tried doing that about 15 years ago. 

I thought of all the steaks I'd be able to chow down and figured it'd be the perfect diet ! ! !

But, being Italian, I just couldn't give up the pasta.

Really know what you mean.   Being Sicillan myself (100%) it's hard but going from a 3X shirt to a 1X shirt and down to a 38 pant keeps me going  ;)
