It always starts with “I have a friend”, this time I do
My buddy has been game hunting and wants to smoke a Canada goose breast but I have no idea what to do.
Looking for any and all ideas???
Many Many Thanks,

Goose is not dry....but may still benefit from a wrap of bacon. Cook low and slow and - should be tasty!
