First Steaks on the Flat Top
« Reply #-1 on: November 05, 2017, 07:42:20 PM »
Tonight I cooked my first fillets on the flat top. I ate them both and I cooked hot dogs for Margo! LOL

I was very impressed and will be doing this again. It was the reverse sear method and they tuned out perfect! Margo made some baked potatoes in the oven. It was a great meal!

I love flat top steaks. The different flavor profile you get when the seasonings hit the grill is so good.

Great Job.
