Lunch With NEPAS
« Reply #-1 on: April 09, 2013, 07:28:23 PM »
I met Rick, Chrystal and his mother-in-law in Greenville, SC today for lunch at the Copper River Grill.  We shared a wonderful time chatting about all-things-sausage and BBQ.  At least Rick and I did.  I have to share what Rick ordered.  As soon as he saw this on the menu, he said, “I know what I am having!”

BIGFOOT’S MOTHER-IN-LAW™

Giant burger patty, grilled ham, crispy-fried shrimp, Monterrey Jack, Remoulade sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onions & pickles.

This is Rick’s plate.  That burger was huge!!

Time to this burger who’s boss!.  Note that Rick has added a bib.

Those bites look small compared to the burger.

Guess who won?

Yes, he did take a doggie box when we left.

Did you BURP him before you sent him off to bed Art?? Looks like the ole boy was going into a food coma. He was just waking up when I talked to him tonight!!

BTW Rick doesn't have any internet in the campground he is staying at right now. So we can all talk crap for a while!! ;D

Since starting this post I have been thinking about "what might have happened" if Tee were able to join us for lunch.  I have seen him eat.  I would venture a guess that Tee could have finished that burger.  Just sayin'.

BURP him?  Not my job.  That would be Chrystal's job.

Rick was looking a little "shaggy".  I think he gave up shaving as well as haircuts till the KOA Gathering.
