No, there was not a new pit in it!!  But:   full of Kosmos Q  injections,soaks and rubs. Heard lots of good things about this outfit and lots of folk have switched to Kosmos over Butchers and Fabs injections so I had to pull the trigger!
Got some Beef injection (hmmm chuckies??), Reserve Brisket Inject and Pork inject. Got some chix and pork soak (brines that you only mix in water..no boiling necessary) Cow Cover and Dirty Bird Rub..some sharp needles and a mixer...Score.....

Been using Butchers ever since Rod Gray recommended it.  Like because it is light and doesn't change the flavor profile but keeps meat moist.  Curious how these will come out.

I have only used Butchers and have been quite happy with their injections but we will see.......
