Well, Mama said to always save for a rainy day and we have had some rainy days here since the Holidays with not much saving
so...............had a little Q sale at Smokes place the last couple of weeks:
had to part with my two electric smokers and my Quality Grill... :'( but it had to be done...the misses has qualified for unemployment and we will carry on....don't worry...Smoochy was not for sale
I decided to keep my off-set and had a deep charcoal pan made for the smoking chamber so I can grill in there without any fears of a grease fire and I can do my lo and slo the old-fashioned (hard) way. I will switch to power smoking for my briskets and butts so I aint up all night.
I always felt a tad bit guilty when I used a heat source other than Kingsford
So...look for my cooking adventures from now on in the stick burning section...got something goood for ya today
