Tenderloin in grill infuser
« Reply #-1 on: May 29, 2014, 09:26:38 PM »
Cooked a 1 1/4 lb tenderloin with apple juice in the infuser.  It was done in 28 minutes.  Although it was very tender and tasty there was very little flavor produced by the juice.  Would having cooked as quickly as it did possibly be the reason for this.  This is my second cook in the grill infuser and I think I'm going to be using it quite a bit.  It is simple and quick.

What temperature? In the oven or on the grill?

Sounds like the quick cook was the cause. Tenderloins cook pretty quick.
