TRI TIP!!!

2 Tris

4 hours of heavy smoke on the MAK. Pulled at 130 IT.

2 min/side sear in coconut oil on the Blackstone griddle

Easy peasy perfection :)

MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

I am not a vegetarian, but I eat animals that are... :-)

I have been around here long enough to remember his first go round all those years ago........however, the political stuff is for another medium, not at our little back yard cook out here at LTBBQ  8) 8)

Nice tip...I have only had tri-tip once..and it was at one of the gatherings..I found some here but they were all marinating in something.  I like to make my own marinades..just sayin.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
