Chuck Eye Steak ‘n Twice Baked Potato

Seasoned a couple of chuck eye steaks to cook indirect.

-----

Steaks getting a quick sear.

-----

Twice baked potatoes were topped with cheese and bacon bits towards to end of the cook and topped with sour cream when plated.

-----

Perfectly done to our preference.

Thanks for looking!

People often over look Chuck steaks and roasts, which is too bad, because when you slow cook them and add some smoke, they can be as delicious as ribeyes or other cuts of steak. The great thing is chuck cuts of beef are oftentimes less expensive, and put on sale during this time of year. Look for good marbling throughout the roast, and you'll have a very tasty cut to cook on your smoker or grill.
