Can you give us some more details?  Do you use the whole cheese stick or only part of it?  Whole slice of bacon or half?  What holds it on?  Did you grill or bake them?  How long and what temp?  Inquiring minds want to know, slobber slobber  ;D

Used one full slice of bacon per one whole cheese string. Just rolled the bacon around it. Grilled at 325 till the bacon was done.. Expect to loose half the cheese to melting. Family loved these and I will be making them again!

Oh, my oh my.  I think I'm in love!  I MIGHT half cook the bacon and then wrap, cause I LOVE cheese SO much.    Don't want to lose any of that wonderful cheese, no matter what variety.
