Last week I visited one of our job sites at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri and when I left I asked Samantha (little woman inside my GPS) to take me home via the Osceola Cheese Factory.  Wow..so many to choose from and you could taste them all..no need for lunch.  So Saturday I finally had time to smoke them and the assortment was....from top to bottom (assuming the picture posts as taken)

Edam
Havarti with Horseradish and Chives
Cheddar with Beer
Habanero Hot
Mediterranean Sunset Cheddar
Garlic Cheddar
Taco
chipotle

Saturday was also my sweeties birthday and we get to choose where/what  to eat and she chose steak and lobster tails at home with a good bottle of cab...so she got it...
