What should I grill tomorrow?
« Reply #-1 on: April 24, 2015, 10:04:49 AM »
I want to try something new on the PBC.  What are some things people on here have wanted to grill but haven't yet?  I'd love to get some ideas for something new.  I have all day tomorrow with only chores around the house, so I have the time to do a long cook.

Has anyone tried a London broil?  I know in a new video, Noah does a flank steak.
Would be curious to get opinions on a London broil

We do London Broil at least 2 times a month. We Jaccard it and use a marinade a couple of hours before the cook. Grill it until 125-130 internal, best cooked to med-rare..........

Here is everything I've made so far, and don't want to repeat any of them or I've made multiple times as it is.

Tri-tip, flank, skirt, spare ribs, baby back ribs, brisket, beef rib, ribeye, ny strip, chicken drumsticks, chicken wings, chicken breast, whole turkey, cedar plank salmon, scallops, pizza, pepper stout beef.

Duck seems to be a good idea.

you've had quite a list there but i didn't see lamb.  perhaps a good boneless leg of lamb will do it for you!
