Hello everybody my name is Bryan and I'm new to LTBBQ. My first "real" BBQ I remember was being a kid on my family's farm in the 70s and my uncle going to get a hog and digging a hole in the ground. The next morning I woke up to the best Que I can remember. Been hooked ever since. I cooked on a Stumps Smoker for about 9 years before moving to pellets. My latest home setup is made of an Orion, Cookshack FEC-120, Charbroiler CB036, and a Blaz'n Grid Iron. Yes I cook a lot  ;D

Welcome from Morganton.  What part of the state do you live?  We have several members in the Morganton/Lincolnton/Charlotte area that get together for the occasional lunch.
