Hi, here from Saskatchewan Canada.  Taking a 5x5x3 stainless insulated food warmer cart and converting into a smoker.  Can't wait to update you guys and learn about what i'm doing or doing wrong.   Thanks for the add

Here is the Unit.

The unit will be heated by 220v and will have 2 oven burners for heat.  Only one if it gets hot enough but I don't think it will be enough.

I am putting a convection in the right bottom of the unit for even heat distribution

I have made a smoke generator(pictures to follow)  I'm not at home.  It is made out of a smaller sized enamel canner.  I drilled it through and am using ready rod to keep the lid tight.  I have also drilled through the top for 3/8 inch copper pipe.  I have a t connection so one end can go through the smoker and the other end will have a small brass venturi with a aquarium tank pump to push air along to the smoker.

This unit is fully insulated with real good insulation (fibrous) Cutting the stainless will be a bit of a challenge
I will also be using a dual digital set of probes for meat and inside temp.
