Title: What to do with leftover prime rib roast?

Had some leftover roast and decided to make steak and pepper sandwiches.
Just sauteed some peppers and onions, sliced the meat into strips, added some chili powder and topped with provolone.
Threw it on a roll with mustard, added some fries, and a cerveza.

Gus, that is the way to use up leftovers. That sandwich is just beautiful. Those french fries looked real good until they started bleeding. I'd probably still eat them anyway.

Sandwich looks fabulous..we used to to to the Sidetracks lounge in Manistique Michigan in the UP..they made the same sandwiches with mushrooms..and what is leftover prime rib?  kinda like leftover wine?  Happy New Year.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Yep, that looks like my best version of the Philly cheese steak sammich, thats is if I have any left ove r prime rib ;D  Good job Gus, now I want that sammich—- no prime rib :'(

Gus that looks amazing. I take mine to the deli down the street and ask the lady to slice it thin for sandwiches. I actually like it better this way ( sandwiches) than I do the night it's served hot .

If my son had been around, you would not have had a leftover problem.  NO LEFTOVERS!!
