Title: Newbie for Cali

Hey fellow members,
My name is Soumitra Belani and I love to cook.  I am new to certain cooking techniques but will try anything I get directions on.  I found this site when I did a search on google about using an air fryer to cook fried chicken, and I was impressed.  I will be trying out that recipe soon.  I live in southern cali and am married with a 4 yr old daughter.

I do hope you will share some recipes and cooking techniques with us as you fell comfortable to do so.

Welcome from Northern Illinois.  My dad lives in La Quinta, CA right outside of Palm Springs.  Not sure of California's geography, but you're a heck of a lot closer to that part of town than I am.

Just did a whole chicken in our air fryer last week for the first time.............awesome results.
