I am all set for grills now that I have my 22 Weber :D :D :D :D :D Time to start saving ...coin jar is empty :'( :'(
So what accessories do I need want now
1) Slow 'n sear deluxe for the 22 *** or Weber 7403 Char-Basket Charcoal Briquet Holders that can be used in the 18.5 also.
2) GrillGrates: Do I get one that fits the 18.5 Weber so it will fit on the 22 & my tailgate grill & my sears grill or just get one for my 22 Weber?***
*** do I need both or should I just buy one. The grill grates will work on my gas & Charcoals but low N slow cooking would be great with the Slow N sear. Not easy?????
3) Weber 7416 Rapidfire Chimney Starter I have a cheap one that works well on my 18.5 but the larger one would handle the new 22 or the Chimney of Insanity Charcoal Starter - The Fastest and Easiest Charcoal Chimney Starter for BBQ Grills
4) Weber 7436 Replacement Hinged Cooking Grate Must have IMB
5) BBQ Dragon Clip-on Shelf for 22" Charcoal Grills - Steel Side Table
6) XL air fryer Not sure which one
7) Nostalgia HDS248COKE Extra Large Coca-Cola Hot Dog Steamer reason once the game starts it will keep everyone fed....cool product
8) CRANBERRY CATSUP
9) Long Cooking gloves???
10) The wing basket for the big easy or the second small basket
That is it for me.
Anyone else have their 2018 list made up?

Alright, I take a stab at this.
For 2018.....
1. Upgrade to larger Pellet Grill, Have looked at Blazin, Pitts and Spitts, MAK and I'm waiting for the new Rec Tec thats going to replace the Mini before I make any decisions.
2. Also, I'm constantly lookin at Craig's list and Facebook for deals on other grills and grill accessories cause you know you can never have too many! ::)
-
Richard, we are enjoying the rotisserie accessory for the 22" Weber...better add that to your list.
-
My eyes are always open. Waiting to see what Rec Tec comes up with as well.
-
Nice list! On the top of my list is the multiple rack upgrade kit for the Blazin Grill Works Grand Slam. It is a little spendy but it would be awesome for jerky and wings.
-
For me it would be, Grill Grates
Been debating on a pellet grill but have yet to pull the trigger.
Was close to getting a GMG on Black Friday but my local dealer didn't have the one I wanted and wouldnt honor the BF prices if they had to order.
So then almost got the RecTec RT-680 for myself for Xmas but then they dropped the Mini and came out with new stuff and are saying something new is coming, so now Im also waiting to see.
Or..
Maybe a Grilla Grill or Blaz'n, so many choices
Decisions decisions!!

Jaxon: You got me......just as i was putting my pen & paper away for the year :D :D :D :D :D :D

By these lists looks like Rec Tec is going to have a good year
-
The only thing I am wishing for is that the MAK mini comes out this year. That is on my DEFINITE buy list.
-
I'm hoping to get a meat slicer for slicing my homemade bacon.
-
I want a M1 grill but can't really justify one. I pretty much have everything else I want accessory wise so I guess I will just have to see if there is anything that catches my eye this year.
-
Ok here is my list & what is in Red I have knocked off of my list so far this year

Not bad at the almost half way mark.

I don't work off of lists (that's V's thing) :D :D
I just wait until I see something I want & then either get it or don't.
I guess maybe the only thing I can think of that I might want is a downdraft for my Jim Bowie, but I'm waiting to see if I really think I need it.
So far I don't feel the need, but tomorrow is another day, and I just might change my mind. :)

JAcks right! These are great. I use mine regularly enough that I'm setting up a 22 just for it.

I blew the budget with my entree into the pellet cooker world a couple of months ago, but here is the rest of my 2018 wish-list...
22" Weber Kettle (either an original or one of the Performer Series - these come up fairly often on Craigslist around here, so I'm bargain-shopping)
Meat Slicer
Cast-Iron Skillet
Lodge Hibachi grill

I was going to say I did not want/need anything but I saw this. I need the rotisserie for my Weber. I had one on my natural gas grill in Birmingham and loved it.
-
If you do nothing else, get the GrillGrates. Mine fit my Memphis, Weber Performer and little Weber gasser so I can move them around as needed. They are fantastic!
