Title: Hello from South Carolina!

I'm new to smoking/cooking and came across this site while looking for info cooking wild hog. After months of reading reviews and watching YouTube videos I decided to buy myself a pit barrel cooker for Christmas! I cooked a turkey and chicken on it for Christmas day and it turned out awesome. Today I'm doing two hams from a wild pig a buddy killed. Getting ready to take it out of the oven for the last hour. Looks great! Any tips would be appreciated.

By now you have taken the meat out of the oven and tried it.

Any pictures and comments would be appreciated.  Not many here, that I know of, cook a lot wild game, so you posts will be enlightening for sure.
