HEY THERE.
                     Been grilling in my backyard since I was young. New to smoking. Smoked a few racks of babybacks and some chicken wings on my Weber Kettle but thats about it so far. Hope to learn a lot of tips and recipe ideas on this forum.



Currently have a couple of old Weber gas grills a 22 Weber Kettle and a PBC on the way

Sounds like the reinforcements are on their way. The PBC will save the day.

Very friendly and helpful bunch around here....heck......some of us are actually smart.  Ask away................

Welcome to the forum from all of us here in middle Georgia.
I enjoy smoking on the Weber Kettle...don't have the PBC, but from what I've seen here, you should love yours.
