Extra sharp NY cheddar slices melted on top at the end. We put SB rays, butter & Trader Joe's spice under the skin. I had some Cole slaw (not in picture along with a little apple sauce.
Again simple but very good

Convection baked at 375 & flash broiled at the end at 525 Hey with all the snow & cold the oven comes in handy lol

Convection baked at 375 & flash broiled at the end at 525 Hey with all the snow & cold the oven comes in handy lol
You may need an air fryer for the winter...you won't have to heat up the oven.
