I'm new to the site but not exactly new to the barbeque world.  Some will recognize my username, most likely.  For those who don't know me, I'm a KCBS MCBJ&CBT, a frequent writer and contributor to lots of BBQ sites and publications, moderator of the largest pellet-related site and, most importantly, a lover of just about anything cooked outdoors over a fire!!

I'm currently cooking on a Memphis Advantage, an American Traeger 075, a Weber Performer and a Weber Genesis (used mainly to keep things warm).  I also have most of the toys -- especially fond of Frogmats and GrillGrates!

Anyhow, a current member introduced me to the new site and I'm looking forward to being a contributor!

Well, you really did join.  I guess I didn't scare you off after all.  Welcome.  Your input is always welcome.

Hub is one of the most knowledgeable BBQ people I have met.  He is also one heck-of-a-cook, and good friend.
