WELCOME Dave! 

We are glad to have you here - and really looking forward to seeing some of your quality cooking here onteh site. We are trying to have a balance of folks that use all methods to cook  - and like you I prefer the flavor and aroma that cooking over wood and/or charcoal can add to our meals. But - I know thater are many ways to skin a cat... And a few good ways to cook one too! ;) ;D

I'm with Ir2dum on this one..Old Dave & Jan & Barney made the best ribs I have ever ate. No room for improvement needed there.  Absolutely the best. Pammie ★*˚°。°
