Hi I'm Drew, and I'm a Pit Barrel Cooker addict!

It's the only grill/smoker/cooker I own.  I use it typically 2-3x a week.  My favorite thing to cook on it is ribs or flank steak to make fajitas.

I'm looking forward to sharing my cooks with everybody and appreciate feedback/advice along the way.

A warm welcome from the Heartland of America... IOWA   (Yes, I know Iowa stands for something else, but I've lived here 7 years now, so I figure I better just settle in for awhile).   Drew, you're going to find this to be the most sociable website you've ever come across... it's a great gang of guys & gals and we all love learning, asking questions, reading the answers, and getting everyone's opinion and thoughts about BBQ (mostly BBQ, but you'll see other interesting threads here also. It's a great crowd.  Now, being down there in Texas (the land that made the BBQ famous and the cattle nervous 8) 8)) I'm guessing you've got a few tricks up your sleeve to share. If not, I'm sure the gang will give you tons of info, and most of it will even be accurate  ;D ???   Anyway, WELCOME to the funny farm, I'm looking forward to reading your post (recipe/details) for those Fajitas.  Dakota Don
