I've posted a few times already then saw this intro forum so figured I would introduce myself...I'm from Dartmouth, NS and just got a Big Easy. It re-ignited my interest in cooking in general and I'm looking forward to a lot of cooking on my grills this summer. I also have a charcoal kettle and a neighbour recently gave me a big propane bbq.
I'm really into DIY stuff and am interested in mods to the grills also. I actually used to work for a global tech company for about 6 years doing application support for fortune 500 companies, and North American government and military divisions. Through a turn of events, I am now doing auto body work and getting back to a "simpler" life. So far this forum has been awesome, and has some really interesting stuff.
