Hi,

Thanks for allowing me to join. I use a stickburner Longhorn at the moment and am leaning toward a pellet smoker for convenience and less tending through the night.

Many an old stick-burner owner has swung over to pellet grills. As you get older sitting outside all night on an 18 hour brisket cook wears a guy out...............
