Eyes Wide Open
« Reply #-1 on: January 04, 2018, 03:20:42 PM »
Thank you for accepting me onto this forum. I have previously lived my life in the dark, grilling on propane & natural gas grills for the past 50 years. I have now seen the light, and my eyes, ears, brain and heart are wide open since purchasing a MAK 2 Star General pellet grill 4 months ago. I'm slowly but surely learning how much I've been missing from the world of barbecued meats and what it takes to grill and/or smoke truly superb food from my homemade mozzarella cheese, ribs, roasts, steaks and even burgers. Looking forward to learning the techniques of others on this forum and incorporating them into my own style of grilling.

MAK is one of our beloved forum sponsors. You can post your cooking adventures in their Forum Sponsor section as well as ask any questions.

Of course we have sections for if you do fire up your propane or gas grills but with a MAK...........why would you want to do that!!!  :)  :)

Welcome from Central Texas.

I don't think my welcome can match the enthusiasm of your introduction.

I started out with a propane grill years ago. I use it now to keep the grill cover from blowing away.

Welcome from middle Georgia.
