Another Newbie from North Carolina

Hello from NC.. I am new to this forum and looking forward to conversing on BBQ topics. I am originally from MN and moved to NC 5 years ago and really enjoy the BBQ culture in NC. I am a pellet head and have several grills/smokers.

I also have started making smoked sausage and bratwurst when I could not find a good homemade sausage or bratwurst here in NC.

Cooking with smoke 'n fire.
