Hello everyone. Just another newbie crashing into your site hoping to learn a lot about smoking. I just found out I like it and have never cooked in my life but this is fun! I look foreward to finding cooking tips Recipes and such. So far I have burnt a lot on my side burner and it hasn't tasted very well but that will change can anyone help me please  ;D
