Hey Ya'll
Looks like this site is off to a good start.. I see lots of friends already.
For those who don't know me I live in Lower Alabama. On the eastern shore of Mobile Bay.
I love to cook on the grill and any other outdoor cooking.Even enjoy some indoor cooking once in a while. We eat from the grill dailey, rarely cooking the main dish indoors. This is partly thanks to fairly good weather most of the year.
Seafood is fresh here and easy to come by.
I hope to make many new friends here as I have on other sites. This should be lots of fun since we can talk about many ways of cooking and prepareing foods.
