Smokeasurus went out of his way to get me to introduce myself so here I am... again! (Thanks Smoke!)

First off, love outdoor cooking, love people, love get-togethers, love travel!

Following was previously posted on another thread:

Hey CDN!

Albert Rivera here.

Had same problem the last few days. Wanted to introduce my self to the forum and post my latest cook pics and lost the entire post before I could submit (timed out).

None the less here I am. New to the forum not new to many of the forum participants.

From Haleyville, Alabama (Home of 911) since 1970 after military duty.

Discovered outdoor cooking last year and have had a great deal of helpful advice and neat info from fellows like: TMB (talked me through my first butt while talking on the phone off and on almost the entire cook)  Dee, Two pockets, Ir2Dum, TWC3, Rick, Pam Gould, Jaxon, Capt. Jack, Muebe, Old Dave, John at Amazen Smoker, CB just to name a few.

Day late and dollar short, but I am here.

Glad I found you folk!

I will be a little scarce for the next little while because of my job, but will participate best I am able.

God bless you,
Albert

Albert,
Welcome from North Carolina.

How are you doing?  Getting lots of practice in cold smoking salmon?  Remember, you are on the hook for the smoked salmon at the FG this year.

Actually Arthur, I have gone down the trail for the salmon but have not pulled the trigger. I already have all the ingredients and recipe but still need to build a smoke generator that pumps the smoke in to my chamber.

You can count on my promise to have lox bagel for Pam Gould and any one else that loves salmon half as much as she does.

Pam is it Lox Bagel or beef tongue... I can not remember which it is you love so much.
God bless you,
Albert
